Mithril jeweller's loupe

Meant to assist in the examination and assemblage of precious materials, a jeweller's loupe is a tubular cone with several magnifying lenses captured within its frame. Its magical properties allow its owner to craft any piece of jewellery which they own a schematic of, even completely lacking a jeweller's permit or a glimmer of skill in jewellery.
