Hand wraps

Unassuming in appearance, woven hand wraps simply allow their wearer to power up and uppercut whomever they like into the sky with an overpowering surge. The victim's block can be knocked off into high, higher, or highest levels. The stronger the punch the longer the power up. Falcon-punching someone in this way gains a five minute cooldown.
