Dahlia, the seamstress is the proprietor of Fashions by Dahlia in the city-state of Cyrene. A cheerful, middle-aged woman, her ample waist implies a sedentary lifestyle. Dahlia is perpetually prepared for fashion emergencies, as she keeps a tape measure and pincushion on hand at all times. In her spare time she looks for buttons with the intention of adding to her collection.
