Blood-soaked record

Disturbingly tacky to the touch, a blood-soaked record serves as a grisly memorandum of a combatant's grievous conquests. Used within one minute of landing a killing blow on another adventurer, said death is immortalised, and the owner may add personal comments alongside the dates recorded. The leaves of the record must be delicately peeled apart from its brethren as the records slowly congeal, but when parted the gruesomely candid details writ upon each are surprisingly legible, and can be shown off to anyone in the room.
