Shrouded in legend, the Garden of the Gods was an ensouled paradise constructed after the War of Humanity. Considered to be the most magnificent of the creations of the Aldar, it was a tranquil area of unsurpassed beauty, within its vast beds the great amphitheater, the favoured gathering place of the immortals.
Erected in the highest heights of the great tree Yggdrasil, the Garden was rumoured to be somehow accessible from the peaks of the Pillars of Heaven in the central Vashnar Mountains. Mortals who tried to ascend up into the Garden would find themselves trapped in an endless array of blizzards. Those who successfully navigated through these blinding snows may have caught a glimpse of the Garden, but none have walked the sacred grounds without divine approval - for even the briefest attempts to do so mysteriously deposited them elsewhere.
The Garden of Gods was destroyed in 922 AF, razed by the ire of an empowered Pazuzu five thousand years after its making.
