The suspicious-looking Derillin dummy is a ventriloquist's prop fashioned to look like Derillin, leader of the Quisalis Mark. Anyone may wield the dummy and toggle it make it look like it is speaking. Allegedly a perfect piece for performance, or telling a horrible joke.
