Jingo

Jingo, a tattooed man, lives in Delos, where he accompanies the tattoo artist, Vinci. In the year 450 AF, he served as the canvas upon whom ten finalist entries in a tattoo design competition (the grand prize of which was a permanent tattoo) were inked. Almost his entire body is covered in these adventurer-designed images, and a myriad of colours swirls together into a permanent mosaic upon his skin that leaves nary a spot of flesh uninked.
