Queen Rhyannon is ruler of Sidhe Court in Annwyn alongside King Oberion as one of his two wives, the other being Titania, the Dryad Queen. She is dressed in iridescent robes and adorning her head are gold, ruby, and diamond roses intertwined with silk streamers.
