Permanent tattoos

Permenant tattoos function identically to their temporary counterparts. The sole difference being that these artefact tattoos are imbued with a particular kind of magic which causes their ink to adhere permenantly, once affixed. Of all the tattoos, only two cannot be affixed in this manner: the starburst and crystal tattoos. This special kind of tattoo cannot be purchased in any shop and uses no inks, but rumor has it one can obtain them through a special request, if the price is right.
