The Guardian of Chaos is summoned when the Well of Chaos has been filled with unformed things of chaos found in the Mhojave Desert. A hooded figure, shrouded in grey smoke, it bears assortment of legs, arms, claws, hooves, tentacles and strange body parts that defy the imagination.
