Melvin, the Pavilion promoter of Targossas is always dressed immaculately in a pristine suit of glorious white, the epitome of handsome, clean-cut decorum. Striking a poised and confident stance, he is perfectly coiffed and tailored at all times, and his sculpted fingers clutch possessively at a small notebook and accompanying stubby pencil.

While Melvin is the normal point of contact for pavilion events and gatherings, he is notorious for being distracted by his constant grooming habits.
