Housing credits are the basis for creating a personal home.
There are three types of 'credits' used for housing:
Currently, housing credits can be purchased in the Delosian Property Office.
Housing created outside of a subdivision (including those few rooms allowed on ships) costs twice as in the subdivision, and thus requires twice the number of housing credits per room or door.
Room credits are also used to purchase housing upgrades which enhance a room's functionality in various aspects.
