General Argan deSoral was the head of the Shallamese forces under Catarin deSangre, during second War of Succession. Under Catarin's orders, he and his nearly 600 Lancers mounted a naval assault on Seleucar through the shoaled and reefed Ralshev's Bay, aboard the Iridescent Moon.
