Thalastos

Both walrus-like and eel-tailed, the massive Thalastos casts an impressive silhouette against the winter tides. He is a monstrous member of the Cetan, a guardian cetus of the Alcazar, the oceanic palace of the Elemental Plane of Water. His destiny is said to prepare devastation in the deepest of deeps, and is known as the Thought of Sllshya.
