Both walrus-like and eel-tailed, the massive Thalastos casts an impressive silhouette against the tides. He is a monstrous member of the Cetan, a guardian cetus of the Alcazar, the oceanic palace of the Elemental Plane of Water. In the deeps, he is also known as Thought of Sllshya.
