Fred

Fred was the Mayor of Confusia. To avoid confusion regarding his political status he wore a tattered shirt bearing the slogan, "I am Mayor of Confusia." Always ready to grant adventurers with citizenship to the Tier of Confusion, when not in his shack on Misinterpretation street he could be found slouching about the Tier of Confusion in the Erisian Pyramid, official place of worship of Eris, the Goddess of Chaos. He was without a doubt out of a job when the pyramid was destroyed at the turn of the 6th century at the hands of the monstrous Marvinogian.
