Impious Sceptre

The Impious Sceptre was a powerful relic and symbol of authority whose completion was the object of the second Conclave Reckoning. Jewelline facets, dropped or won via various competitive activities during the reckoning, were secured by adventurers and ferried to their respective candidates for empowerment of the sceptre. The candidate who managed to collect the most facets, Pryla'ari, eventually won the championship and joined the Conclave as their fifth member.
