Vixen

Vixen, the Wilderness Guide, is a fiery red-haired Tsol'aa of nature and has been the tutor of the Sentinels since the year 224 AF. She has primarily been teaching only the Sentinel class skills for over the last century, but with the recent introduction of Houses and conversion of the Sentinel Guild, she has been delving into her tomes to teach the abilities of other classes too.

She has moved several times with the Guild, from the Shallam guildhall, to Hashan, then to Gaia's temple, before taking up residence in the Hanging Gardens in the Sentinel househall in Eleusis.

In the year 271, she fell ill due to residing in the Shrine of Death in the now closed off temple of Gaia. Over the month she grew worse, experiencing feverish dreams of death and decay of the forests. In her delirium, she started wandering the Western Ithmia until Titania, Queen of the Dryads, found and cared for her.

Titania knew of the cure to help Vixen and required 4 Sentinels to use the dreaded grove skill of Annihilation to channel their grove energy into their ailing tutor. Oswald, Kolieer, Ishiva, and Aslan all destroyed their groves with the skill, as the other Sentinels fed their energy to them. After the deed was done, the entire Guild found their skill of Groves to be gone.

Vixen was cured, however, and shortly after went on a pilgrimage to the Savannah village of Tomacula to seek out Utata, the chief, and his secrets of Woodlore. Together they shared Woodlore with the Sentinels the following month.

It should be noted that shortly after Vixen was cured, Titania showed the Sentinels the way into the lost village of Eleusis, hidden deep in the Eastern Ithmia.
