The versatile skill of Metamorphosis allows those of Druid or Sentinel class to bond with the spirit of an animal, temporarily assuming some of its unique abilities.
Being afflicted with the venom selarnia will pull the forestal adventurer back into his or her racial form, though the clasp of the animal spirit artefact (and its planned forebear, the Evermorph Ring) can protect its bearer from being thrown out of a morph. The Wolverine's Claws artefact allow its owner to burrow as if he or she had metamorphosed into a wolverine.
