The tabac smoke-filled Rough Diamond is a Vertani inn run by Taverner Poraaq in the valley of Kuthalebak. It is a rude tavern with plank-board furniture but its bar gleams with the attention shown by its owner.

- Red wine (goblet of mulled wine) - 550gp
