The Ministry of Development is responsible for the development of a city's subdivision. The subdivision is the most popular place for adventurers to make their personal homes. Representatives of this ministry control the sale of plots as well as expansions to the subdivision itself.
Another service provided to cities by the Ministry of Development is the building and maintaining of city improvements. Current city improvements include the following: Scimitar of Yen-Sorte, Pillar of the Moon, Barracks, and Orb of Confinement.
