The Ministry of Development was responsible for the development of a city's subdivision. The subdivision is the most popular place for adventurers to make their personal homes. Representatives of this ministry controlled the sale of plots as well as expansions to the subdivision itself.
Another service provided to cities by the Ministry of Development was the building and maintaining of city improvements. Current city improvements include the following: Scimitar of Yen-Sorte, Pillar of the Moon, Barracks, and Orb of Confinement.
The Ministry of Development was combined with that of Trade and Chancellorship in 905, becoming Ministry of the Interior.
