The Earrings of Sinope come as a pair. Worn by two different adventurers, the earrings form a connection which allows each person to travel to the other at will, provided they are on the same continent and plane. Unlike other artefacts these cannot be purchased from any merchant, but rather one must appeal to the Gods to purchase them.
