Both Beneficia and I are not sure that our dating is correct; I suspect our confusion is that Dame Aeryi was a Senator (not Imperiate) long before she became Imperiate. Therefore her term as Senator may have been much longer than about 20 years, but her term as Imperiate about 20 years. | |||

Working on a modern political history to add, including a timeline of changes in the Ruling Council.

Beneficia's Appointment Date
Both Beneficia and I are not sure that our dating is correct; I suspect our confusion is that Dame Aeryi was a Senator (not Imperiate) long before she became Imperiate. Therefore her term as Senator may have been much longer than about 20 years, but her term as Imperiate about 20 years.
