Carved from a thick band of semi-transluscent obsidian, the Ring of Noxtra is ice cold to the touch. Gracefully scripted runes flare with a mesmerizing brilliance atop the surface of the artefact ring, and shifting shadow ungulates around their dazzling light. Locked within the ring is a power that amplifies the effectiveness of a mana elixir, allowing its bearer to regain more mana with each sip of mystic concoction.
Least powerful of a triumverant of rings with this power, the Ring of Noxtra is sold by Merentesh at his shop in Delos.
