Telar is the greatest of a trio of suns which arc the heavens over Kunapi, its companion stars being Hara and Tharan.

Intended as a sun forged by the Aldar in the heat of Saar-elan, it accidentally became a sun-eater, consuming three worldsouls in its ravenous hunger. A quartet of Aldar contained Telar in the Kunapi system. Led by Mantru and directed by Dekalb, the Firstborn captured Telar in a prison of its own making, rendering the cosmic devourer to no more than ordinary solar light.

The restorative rays of Kunapi's star upon its native fauna are captured in its namesake mystical card.
