Stitched of eagles quills, the magical cloak grants its owner the power to use the Fly and Track and View abilities like the Eagle Morph from Metamorphosis. It has been won by Goryllin, Lenn, Sothantos, Amranu, and Dochitha. Certain Tsol'teth such as Gattan'bahar have also been observed donning the rare garment and making use of its fast travel abilities.
