Arksaw is a wiry cobbler in the village of Sirocco on the once-lost continent of Meropis. He spends most of his time working to repair shoes of the other villagers, primarily the Lady Daerlain, the village's resident shoe connoisseur. Arksaw took over the job of cobbling shoes after the death of his father, Arsen.
