Nissandar, King of Riparium, rules the merfolk of this underwater kingdom in relative peace with his queen, Takliea, at his side. Like all men of power, he wishes that his son, Nishir, could become worthy of a place on the throne.
The now-discontinued Mask of Nissandar artefact (whose role was replaced by that of the fishscale tunic) is named after him.
