Eteocles Tarraquene, Captain of the Guard was the successor to the fanatical Maxim Everhardt for the position of guard captain. He issued Public Security Document #3573, a public note of misinformation dispelling all rumours of Prince Mycale's ghoulish pedophilia and its role in driving Everhardt to murder the prince. These rumours were, of course, based completely in fact.
