Eteocles Tarraquene, Captain of the Guard, succeeded the fanatical Maxim Everhardt to the position of guard captain during the Wars of Succession. He issued Public Security Document #3573, a public note of misinformation dispelling all rumours of Prince Mycale's ghoulish pedophilia and its role in driving Everhardt to murder the prince. These rumours were, of course, based completely in fact.
