During the early days of Seleucar, Ralshev was the man put in charge of recruiting and training soldiers in preparation of the prophesied Black Wave. He was also the first to integrate Mhun and Trolls into Seleucar's forces. Along with Rico, he commanded the troops in their conquering of Ashtan and Shallam.
