The Satyr is known for his carousing and robust appetite for women, though not all conform to this stereotype. With the upper body of a human and the legs of a goat, this is a male-only race. The choice to become a Satyr only presented itself to adventurers beginning in 287, when Varian began randomly changing the races of mortals to Satyrs and Sirens during the Aetolian Saga. However, there were already denizen Satyrs, such as Faun, long before that.
Known Satyri denizens include Silenus and Sir Lance.
