1.

Hu-Tannakh - 'Her Village' - is the centre of Nature, as willed by the Earthmother upon the 12th of Daedalan, 882 years after the fall. She is Queen and divine sovereign, and Her will shall guide above all else.

2.

The Viridian Charter is the guiding spirit of Eleusis's laws and actions. All laws, decisions, and resolutions must align with the principles the Earthmother set forth for Her villagers.

3.

Eleusis shall serve as a safe haven for anyone in service to Nature. No villager shall bring harm to another without their consent, and any foreigners inflicting harm inside the village shall be fed to the ever-hungry earth. Visitors whose hearts hold kindly intent may be tolerated, but will find no protection under village law. All internal mediation will be handled by the council.

4.

Eleusis shall stand as a bulwark against any and all who would seek to subjugate, conquer, or corrupt the Earthmother's realm. Eleusis shall not suffer civilisation lightly, and makes no compromise in our commitment to reclaiming that which is Hers or defending Her allies. No Eleusian will provide material aid or assistance to any enemy of Nature or of Her village.

5.

Eleusis shall be governed by a council of five wise villagers, the Hierophants, selected through popular suffrage amongst all those who dwell within Hu-Tannakh. The Speaker of Eleusis shall be elected from among these five by a popular vote amongst all those who dwell within the village. Each may serve a term of up to twenty-four years, with a Speaker's term beginning from their elevation. Once a term is concluded, a villager must wait at least five years before seeking to re-enter council service.
