The Impious Sceptre is the powerful artefact at the centre of the second Conclave Reckoning. Facets of the sceptre had to be collected by adventurers to give to their respective candidates. The candidate who managed to collect the most facets, Pryla'ari, eventually won the championship and joined the Conclave as their fifth member.
