Appearing as powdery grey stone, the chalk-like valenticite looks like it would leave a residue upon anything it touches. It is a rare trace byproduct of mining gold and iron. When consumed, valenticite bestows increased strength (+2) upon an adventurer for one Achaean day.

The mineral is named for the adventurer Valentinus, who first discovered it.
