Elderly Grand Marshall Kolemetis is martial chief of the Alcazar and is enswathed in countless medals and other accoutrements of military dress. There always seems to be a military report of some kind in his gloved hands, though should an enemy to the submarine kingdom threaten the security of the Water plane, a jewel-encrusted rapier slings at his waist at the ready to enforce it.
