Garian, the hunter, was a retired huntsman. By his own admission, for many years he was considered by most to be among the best hunters in Sapience. However, in Miraman of 418 AF, he was attacked during a hunt by mutated creatures from Green Lake. His years of training allowed him to narrowly escape death, but the damage to his leg was an end to his illustrious hunting career. Ever since, he has spent his days frequenting the Brass Lantern Inn, recounting the stories of his youth and lamenting about his missed chance to add that perfect specimen to his trophy case.
