Prince Theramenes deSangre was a crown prince of Seleucar in the last years of the Seleucarian Empire and the son of Emperor Polymedes. Considered chivalrous and brave, he was poisoned by his brother Critias after Theramenes defended a pretty courtier in an argument. Popularly viewed as the last great hope of Seleucar, his death was a catalyst in confirming the conflicted Parni deSangre's assistance to the Sapient League in the overthrow of the Empire.
