Cigars are a type of smoking product consisting of tabac packed tightly in rolled-up leaves. A vellum label is often wrapped around the cigar and helps hold its contents together. The merchant Davel sells this as well as other smoking paraphernalia at his shop in the village of Tasur'ke.
