:::::Getting them to name the establishments might be worth pursuing if we can get a count/give them a list. If there are too many of them, though, it may not be feasible. If anyone can help me gather a starting list, then can we get going somewhere. Another issue with this I see is the added step of determining what is a bar/tavern and what is not (e.g. O'seru's hut).
