Cearull Thorrand

Cearull Thorrand was once a lowly footpad in the Petran military during the days Batlin Karrella ruled, but he has since risen to the position of village taxman, collecting food and payment from the farm villagers of Petra on behalf of the new ruler, Strowan Adarsh. He is also infamous for his sarcastic attitude and lack of respect toward women.
