Phormio Ruminic

Duke Phormio Ruminic commands the Guard of Cyrene with a steely resolve. He is the son of Lord Osric Ruminic, one of the old aristocracy who suffered the attack upon the city by the great blue dragon Ainghael. One of the city's major avenues, Ruminic Street, is named after his family.
