Isiva, the Blood Maiden is a member of the Triad of the Quisalis Mark. Along with her fellows Nevon Talkar and Dakron the SwiftBlade, she oversees construction of the Quisalis headquarters beneath New Thera. Isiva is so titled both because of her insatiable bloodlust and because of her habit of bathing in mortal blood. For this, she is feared by her enemies and allies alike.
