Pansy Vapidia can be found at her desk at the Ministry of Hygienic Awareness in the Tier of Bureacracy within the Erisian Pyramid, official place of worship of Eris, the Goddess of Chaos. Constantly sucking her teeth, cleaning her nails, or swabbing her ears, she assesses the hygiene of anyone who makes an appointment with her.
