Maude Banalia runs the Division of Bureaus in the Tier of Bureaucracy within the Erisian Pyramid, official place of worship of Eris, the Goddess of Chaos. Between appointments, and sometimes during them, she sits at her desk snoring despite her eyes being wide open.
