Magically woven from countless carefully preserved iridescent fish scales, the Fishscale Tunic is an artefact which allows its wearer to breathe underwater just as though he had consumed a prickly pear. Like many artefacts, the fishscale tunic can be purchased from Merentesh's artefact shop in Delos.
