The nightmare spirits are the four Angels of Dreams: Erinyes, the nightmare of guilt; Dibbuk, the nightmare of madness; Cur, the nightmare of fear; and Alp, the Nightmare Siren of truth. Each of these spirits holds dominion over an aspect of the psyche that mortals try to suppress but always surfaces within the Dreamrealm.
