The Shield Tattoo requires two red inks, and one green. It will, when touched, create a nearly invisible magic shield around its bearer, protecting them from most forms of attack. The shield defence will dissolve when its bearer moves or performs an aggressive act.
It should be noted that the shield is not an absolute defence - certain attacks can penetrate the shield, and the Hammer Tattoo will shatter it entirely.
