Not much is known about the Temple of Unlife in Azdun, other than that it is built around a large, grey root rumoured to have originated from Yggdrasil, the World Tree. When touched, the root provides access to the Underworld.
In Miraman of 464 AF, the Temple of Unlife served as the centre from which the Magisterion attempted to give rise to an undead army. Their actions resulted in the rediscovery of the temple's antithesis, the Temple of Life.
